The Princess

Two nights in a row now working out.  I've also been doing very well with Keto.  I am feeling very good lately with no real seasonal depression taking over.  So far, so good!

140 lunges. 28 deadlift. 140 punches. 28 plank rotations. 70 sit-ups. 28 wipers. 140 clams. Time for the hot tub time machine!! I may need a rest day tomorrow.
